We provide FREE shipping worldwide with tracking.
It will take around 2 to 3 weeks to deliver the products depends on where you are located.
As soon as you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your Item Is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the preauthorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days). We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We work with small manufacturers and artisans all across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.
This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind. We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via e-packet. Please, note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 5 to 10 days to arrive. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date at
your order. We will send you tracking information within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card you used when placing the order.
Returns are accepted if item is not as described or damaged.
1. You have 14 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession more than 14 days without contact, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement without exceptions.
Shipping cost is paid by both seller and buyer half and half.

2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
3. We will refund YOUR FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included in the original method of payment.
4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised or damaged.
